And after your meal...
When you have finished your main course, washed down with some local wine
(red or white), Omar will offer you the choice of sweets for the day. They might
include the traditional Baklava, Sutlac (rice pudding), crème caramel, or
traditional Turkish yoghurt with honey. Always ask if you would like something
you can't find on the menu - Omar and his staff will always try to help. One
custom when you have finished your meal will be for your host to offer a glass
of apple tea, or a liqueur at "his pleasure" - Omar's way of saying "thank you"
for dining at his restaurant.
